We built this course because we were tired of the same question

By 2022, the team here had already been using AI tools to generate income for themselves and clients. Content work, automation, digital services — things that are now mainstream, but at the time required a lot of digging to figure out.

The question we kept getting, from friends, from people at events, from people who'd heard about what we were doing: "How do I actually use this stuff to make money?"

Not "how does AI work" — they could find that anywhere. They wanted the practical version. The bit where you log in, do something specific, and get paid for it.

That's what Earn With Intellect is. It started as a side project in late 2022. It became a proper course in 2023. We're based in Atherstone, Warwickshire — registered at Companies House as Incorporated Property Services Ltd (No. 14093811) — and the team is still small by design. Five people who care about the quality of what we put out.

We don't make income promises. We don't pretend AI is magic. But we do believe that if you put in genuine effort and follow the workflows in this course, you'll develop skills that can translate into real earning capacity. What you do with that is up to you.
