We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. This policy explains clearly when and how refunds are available.
You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date, subject to the conditions below.
A refund will be issued if all of the following conditions are met:
Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your name, email address used at purchase, and purchase date. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 10 business days.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider โ typically 3โ10 business days.
All purchases are one-time payments. There is no subscription or recurring billing associated with any Earn With Intellect product.
