Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from us. This policy explains clearly when and how refunds are available.

14-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date, subject to the conditions below.

Conditions for refund eligibility

A refund will be issued if all of the following conditions are met:

• Your request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date
• You have accessed no more than 20% of the purchased course content at the time of your request
• Your purchase was made at full, non-promotional price
• You submit your request to [email protected] with your order details

When refunds are not available

Refunds are not available in the following circumstances:

• The 14-day refund window has passed
• More than 20% of the course content has been accessed
• The purchase was made at a promotional, discounted, or special price
• The request is based solely on a change of mind after the 14-day period

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your name, email address used at purchase, and purchase date. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and process eligible refunds within 10 business days.

Refund method

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. The time for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider — typically 3–10 business days.

No recurring billing

All purchases are one-time payments. There is no subscription or recurring billing associated with any Earn With Intellect product.

Statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK consumer protection law. If you have questions about your rights, you may contact Citizens Advice or visit the UK Government consumer rights page.
